Join your friends in person for our award-winning program, Positively Speaking by ArtStream.
In Positively Speaking Workshops, self-advocates are taught to use the arts to assist them with communication skills. This program is geared for self-advocates over the age of 18.
The fall 2023 Positively Speaking Series will meet on the following Sundays, from 3:00 - 4:30 pm

To receive the maximum benefit of the program, registrants are highly encouraged to attend all five sessions. The first 3 sessions will focus on speech preparation for the Step UP Walk.
Meetings will be held in the North Chevy Chase Christian Church conference room on the lower level of the church. (Enter the church from the parking lot).
While the self-advocates are working on communication skills, there will be a nearby classroom available for parents to congregate and socialize.
