Support DSNMC while having fun!
All teens and Self-advocates are invited to assist us with pairing mismatched socks on Friday, February 23rd for DSNMC's first sock party! These socks will be used to help celebrate World Down Syndrome Day.
The classroom at MainStreet has been reserved from 6:30 - 9:00 pm on Friday, February 23rd for this activity. We will sort socks until 8:30 and then all participants will have a snack provided by DSNMC before going home for the night.
MCPS students will be awarded SSL hours for assisting with this important and fun project. Metered street parking is available and there is a public parking garage across the street at 51 Monroe Place.
We welcome parents or other support personnel to stay with teens/adults who need supervision. DSNMC staff and volunteers will not be available to supervise individual participants.
